BeaconTable was founded on a simple belief:
Imagine walking into a restaurant knowing that their allergen registers are current, their menus reflect exactly what is being served today, their staff are trained, and when an ingredient changes the information changes with it. Being able to choose a venue with the same confidence as someone who has no dietary concerns at all
For the increasing numbers of Australians and New Zealanders living with food allergies, intolerances, or medically required dietary restrictions, that experience barely exists. There is no trusted signal. No verified badge. No single place that says: this venue has its allergen and menu information in order, and you can eat here with confidence.
So the venues that have done the hard work — the audits, the processes, the culture of accuracy — stay invisible to the very customers who would love them most. And those customers keep taking risks they should never have to take.
BeaconTable changes that. We give venues a platform to demonstrate their commitment to menu accuracy and allergen transparency, and we give diners across Australia and New Zealand the verified information they need to make safe, confident choices before they ever walk through the door.

Our Story
BeaconTable started from a personal frustration. Our founders, travelers and food enthusiasts, found themselves in unfamiliar cities spending more time searching for restaurants than actually enjoying their meals. The existing tools were broken: fake reviews clouded judgment, menus were hidden behind QR codes, and there was no way to search for a specific dish across multiple venues.
We set out to build something better -- a platform where customers can discover venues with confidence and venue owners can showcase their offerings authentically.
